I am sure at this point my parents are probably wondering where I am.
The reason for this is on account that I was supposed to contact them when I got to Frankfurt, but thanks to AT&T’s misinformation, my phone does _not_ in fact pick up a network here, for whatever reason. So, based on the fact that I don’t yet have internet in my room, I cannot contact them until such a time as I have internet, which will hopefully be tomorrow.
I am in fact in Marburg, sitting in my student dormitory, writing this. All of the student dormitories are located on the outside edges of the city, a bus-ride length of a to-be-determined-amount away.
The room itself is quite spacious. A large wardrobe and a single bed take up one wall, with a window stretching the entire length of the opposite wall. The window looks out on a small backyard-like area with a patio, holding a table and chairs. The room also has a desk and spare chair on one short wall and a minifridge (plus door) on the opposite wall. Pictures shall be forthcoming.
With not much more to do other than unpack things, I think I am going to go find water for tea.
