Today’s sci-fi class and the corresponding presentation went very well. Our presentation only needed to be 20-30 minutes, but the discussion (which was supposed to be a part of it) got very involved and the whole thing ended up going for forty-five minutes. Sci-fi tutorial ended up being a bit shorter than normal, because we had less to talk about, but it was still a good study and conversation on “Nightfall.”
This evening was made even better by watching one of my favourite sci-fi movies, “Gattaca,” as a class assignment (for sci-fi tutorial). A great end to what is effectively my week, since I have no class on Friday. When one only has each class once per week, it seems as though the weeks pass by much faster than they do when the same class is held five times per week.
